How do I take advantage of FREE Shipping?
- Place at least $50 of product in your Shopping Cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Ship your items to a single U.S. or Canadian address.
- Select Free Shipping as your shipping method.
- Place your order, and enjoy the free shipping!
The fine print:
- Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's eligibility for Free Shipping.
- Applies only to orders with at least $50 in your shopping cart.
- Applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 50 states only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Applies to APO/FPO addresses when using a United States ZIP Code only. Applies to Canadian delivery addresses in the 10 provinces and 3 territories.
- Weekend delivery cannot be requested. We use a variety of carriers to deliver orders, and some do not deliver on weekends.
- May be used in conjunction with a promotional certificate. The qualifying amount is the total amount of the products purchased before the promotional certificate is applied.
- You will not receive FREE Shipping on your order if any eligible items are canceled, bringing the total below $50.
- If you return any items from an order that received FREE Shipping, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.
- We reserve the right to change or discontinue FREE Shipping at any time.
Orders shipped to Canada are generally sent via Canada Post. Orders shipped to the U.S.A are generally sent via FedEx Ground. Orders shipped to all other countries are generally shipped via the local Postal Service. Customers with only a P.O. Box are generally shipped via the post.

Unfortunately, Somerset Entertainment is unable to accept returns unless product is visibly or audibly defective. We have provided sounds clips on this site so that you are able to hear a selection from a recording prior to purchasing. If you would like to hear more of a recording, please email us at information@somersetent.com and we would be happy to help you locate a retailer in your area.
In the unusual event that a recording is defective, Somerset Entertainment asks that you return the product within 90 days of the original purchase date and request either an exchange or a refund. Please contact a customer service representative at 1-800-565-3862 before returning the product. We are unable to process any exchanges or refunds requested more than 90 days after the original purchase date.
